AUTO CAD FOR EIGHTEENTH CENTURY FURNITURE

The next meeting of the Lone Star Chapter of the Society of American Period Furniture Makers will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 10:00 A.M.  The meeting will be at the Diamond Offshore Building located at 15415 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas  77094.  There is parking in the rear of the building but entry is in the front.  The building is just west of Hwy 6 on the south side of I-10.  Because of security, you will be required to have a photo ID (DL is fine).

Our instructor is Lone Star member David Webb.  David will teach us the use of Auto Cad LT-2009 and how it is applied to eighteenth century furniture.  This will be a hands on class as everyone will be in front of a computer.   David also has some free CAD software for us to take home.  I hope that you can attend this very educational meeting.  As always, bring a sack lunch.  Drinks will be provided.

Remember, all current SAPFM members are welcome.  If you happen to be in our area, please come and join us.

See you all on December 6th.

Norman
