"OPEN" Carving Class by Mary May
« on: February 26, 2016, 10:22:14 PM »
There are still spaces available for an "open" woodcarving class at the Connecticut Valley School of Woodworking in Manchester, CT March 12 & 13. This class is open to beginner or experienced carvers and you can work on whatever you want to! Either come with a project, or I can give you suggestions based on your carving experience. These classes are always a lot of fun because you never know what people will bring. Some previous projects people have brought to work on - experienced carvers: ball and claw feet, Newport shells, Art Nouveau mirror frame, Acanthus Leaves. Beginner carvers: relief carved floral design, letter carving. http://www.schoolofwoodworking.com/woodworking-classes/29-speciality-weekend-classes/442-solve-your-carving-problems-and-projects-with-mary-may.html
