SAPFM Annual Cartouche Award Banquet
Registration Now Open

The 2009 SAPFM Annual Cartouche Award Banquet will be Monday, January 12, at the Williamsburg Lodge, with cash bar beginning at 6:00 p.m., and the banquet at 7:00 p.m. The cost of the banquet is $65 per person, the same as in January of 2008. Registration is now open, and can be done by mail and check, or online using a credit card through PayPal.

If you would like to register by mail, click here to download and print the mail-in form. Please complete all the information appearing on the form. For online payment through PayPal, please complete the information requested, especially the name of the person(s) who will be attending the banquet, and the name appearing on the credit card used to make payment. If you are registering by mail, please allow mailing time so I can have your registration at my address by January 5, 2009. If registering by PayPal, please use the same date. In order to keep cost the same, we need to give Williamsburg an accurate count prior to the banquet, and avoid last minute cost increases.

All members are invited and encouraged to attend the SAPFM Annual Business Meeting to be held Sunday, January 11, at 1:00 pm in the Hennage Auditorium in the DeWitt Wallace Gallery at Williamsburg.

SAPFM members attending the woodworking conference are encouraged to bring portfolios or pictures of pieces to display during the woodworking sessions. Please feel free to bring a piece to display at the Lodge during the banquet on Monday evening. If you wish to bring a piece, or would like table space to display items for sale, please contact Jim Altemus at 585-657-5328 or send an email message. Please let me know about how much table space you will need.

See you in Williamsburg!
Jim Altemus, Conference Coordinator
