There was a fire in the vice presidents office. no one was hurt but from what I understand the building has lots of period furniture in it. Does anyone know what happened to the furniture? was any damaged?

Any washington connected members that could find out?

Not connected...but that is all that was on the local news yesterday.  There was very little fire damage, but lots of water damage.  The VP desk got very wet, and they already took it apart and took it away to be worked on.  There are old wooden floors and such too which I am sure had lots of damage.  Not sure, but I belive there is a lot more furniture in the Treasurer building the the OEB.

Hopefully Jeff Headley will see this and chip in…He used to work there.
