I attended the Ohio River Valley Chapter's visit to the Toledo Museum of Art. I never knew they had period furniture. What other Museums, especially in the mid west have period furniture? How about the Detroit Institute of Art?

Sam,

It might be a little far away for you, but there is a nice collection at the St. Louis Art Museum and also in the Nelson/Atkins Gallery of Art in Kansas City.

You might also think about Chipstone/Milwaukee Art Museum.  Go see as much as you can.  Cal
