If space is still available this sounds like a great opportunity:

Winterthur Museum Tour and Special Lecture Presentation by Professor Emeritis Charles Hummel. September 21, 2007. Mr. Hummel will provide a Special Lecture entitled "American Secretary-Desks and Card Tables - Their History and Importance in the American Colonies". He will then provide small group guided tours of the famous Dominy Workshop, featured in his excellent book, "With Hammer in Hand". The Period Rooms will be toured via the always knowledgeable Gracious Living Tour Guides, now called the "Living with Antiques" Tour. Fee includes access to museum and grounds for the day. Cost is $85.00 per person. Separate check in advance a must. Advance registration also a must. Very informative and a very special opportunity to spend time with one of THE most knowledgeable sources on American antiques!
