Does anyone of know of any small professional woodworking shops for sale?  If you're looking to retire, I am looking to buy your woodworking business.  Must have existing tools/equipment and shop space.  Family living space and showroom a plus but not necessary.  Please email me at yunglingfamily@sbcglobal.net if interested.   Willing to relocate.  I am also open to discussing real estate exchange (my house for yours) as part of the terms.
