Hello all,

In one month NBSS furniture making department will holding a meeting for the SAPFM NE Chapter.  I have been working on this for about 3 years now and we finally were able to make it work.  The meeting will be on MAY 5th Saturday.  The meeting will start at 9 a.m. with coffee and donuts (please bring some singles for the coffee and donuts come out of my pocket) and the meeting starts at 10 a.m.

There is no parking in front or around the school.  There are plenty of parking garages around the school.  I will search for a few and email you them to you all  on Saturday.  This is a great carpool event.  There is plenty of food in the area so please bring some cash.  The school is located at  39 North Bennet Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02113 (Look for the clock).

I will have signs printed and put on the buildings with tape.  So please look up.  The presenters will be Lance Patterson,( Which is one of the premier woodworkers in America), and Dan Faia which many of us know.  Lance will be going over turret corner tea table, Dan will be going over carving details.

The meeting is as follows:

9 am coffee and donuts (Brin $ for cups of coffee and donuts for it comes out of Freddy's pocket)

10 am meeting

10-11:30 demo and Q & A

 11:30-12:30 lunch

12:30-1:30 Demo Q & A

1:30- Tour/History of School and Workshops

Come on come all.  I must have RSVP by May 1st.

I always use Lewis Wharf Parking when I sail out of Boston Sailing Center. It's 4 blocks, about 1/4 mile, from NBSS. Cost is $14/day, which is within 1 or 2 dollars of other lots in the area. It's one of the bigger lots, so should have plenty of room early on Saturday morning.
