SAPFM RRVC September 20, 2013 Tour

The Society of American Period Furniture Makers Rock River Valley Chapter 2013 fall meeting will be a tour of the Art Institute of Chicago?s period furniture collection. The tour will be given by Ms. Monica M. Obniski, Assistant Curator of American Decorative Arts.

The Institute opens at 10:30 am and we will meet at the Monroe Street entrance at that time. The tour will start at 11 am on Friday, September 20th, and last about 1 1/2 hours. After the tour we will have a boxed lunch and hold a chapter meeting. After lunch you are encouraged to visit the rest of the museum.

The group tour is limited to 20 members and I must have your payment by July 20th. If by July 20th I don?t have a total of 20 members paid up, the remaining slots will be opened up to guests.

The fee for the tour and lunch will be $40.00. Please make the check out to David Gooding.
