Looking for plans for a Queen Anne side chair

I've looked through all my books and the web and can't find a plan for a Queen Anne side chair similar to the one by David Beach as seen in the member's projects.  See picture below.

Anyone know of a source for this?  I checked the 'tools for working wood' web site but the version they offer seems a little clunky.

Norman Vandall's book "Queen Anne Furniture" has a similar plan. The book is available from Lee Valley tools:

It's a classic book, w/ lots of nice stuff and good info in it. Though you should draw the plans out yourself full size before hand, and look for errors before cutting any wood! This is *always* true though, regardless of the source of the plans.

I can second both the Norm Vandal book and Phil Lowe's plans. I have both. The full-size plans from Phil are very helpful if you like to take your patterns directly from the plan. There are lots of plans on his website, all full size, and are reasonably priced.

I have no connection with Phil aside from being a very satisfied student/customer.

I take norm's plans in the book,to a blueprint shop and the blow them up to full size in about ten min. Take a little carbon paper on a piece of luan and you have all the parts in a very short time. In my opinion walnut and antique oil (per norm)gives the best results on this chair.The back splats are a great way to show off those crotches you have been saving.  Ed
