A few years ago I spent Christimas visiting family in Austin, TX and will do so again this year.  During the holidays there was a show or exhibition in Kerrville, TX of furniture made primarily by craftsman from the Texas area.  It was mostly arts & crafts or contemporary style with lots of mesquite wood.  Does anyone know if this is an annual event and if there is a show this month?  Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Chris,

It is an annual event.  It is a statewide competition of custom furniture makers held at the Kerrville Arts and Cultural Center.  The exhibit closed this past weekend.  It ran from October 25 to December 3.  They do have a website and you can probably see the exhibit there.  I'll see if I can find the site for you.    www.kacckerrville.com

Chris,

The web-site is www.kacckerrville.com

Go to the bottom of the page and click on "Show Information"
Go to the bottom of that page and click on "Click here for pictures of the above exhibits"

The entire exhibit is not shown, but they do have pictures of all of the winners in each catagory.  Hope this helps.
