I went back to BMA after the midyear conference to look around on my own.  Unfortunately they were closed the day I went.  As a result of talking to the clerk at the gift shop I wandered over to the Homewood museum on the Johns Hopkins campus (opposite end of the block from BMA).  Some nice pieces of furniture and a pretty interesting tour.  I wouldn't make a special trip to Baltimore for it, but if you are in the area it's worth stopping in and taking the tour.
