Indiana Chapter Summer Meeting

The next meeting will be July 11, 2009 at Justin Kaufman's shop in Pendleton.  We'll be starting at 9am and finishing up around 4-4:30pm.  Again, at the end of the meeting we will need to leave with the Fall meeting's agenda in place.
 
We'll be having a cookout instead of heading out for lunch.  Please let me know if you be attending as we'll need a head count for the food.

1.) 9:00 am - 9:15 am - Arrive, Greet and Meet

2.) 9:15 am - 9:30 am - Introductions, Chapter Business

3.) 9:30 am - 12 pm - Demonstrations on Ball and Claw Carving/Cabriole Leg

4.) 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm - Cookout

5.) 1:15 pm-1:30 pm - Show and Tell

5.) 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm - Demonstractions on Finishing Tiger Maple and French Polish

6.) 2:30pm - 3:30pm - Round Table Discussion

6.) 3:30 pm - 4:00pm- - Wrap Up, Discuss Next Meeting

Please send over a RSVP in order to gather headcount for cookout.  Volunteers are needed to bring food items.  Please contact Justin or myself.  Also, please bring lawn chairs.

Directions to Justin's Shop....

Head north/south on 69 to the Pendleton/St. Rd. 38 exit and head into Pendleton.  Turn right at the first light (which is right down town with the post office on the right).  Keep straight and go over the railroad tracks at St. Rd. 67.  Cross 67 and go approximately 2 miles to 10093 S. St. Rd. 9.  We are just past the horse pasture on the west side of the road.  It's a stone ranch with the shop and my green pickup at the north side of the property.  If anyone comes from the south on ST RD 9, beware we are right next to the county line and the house numbers change direction.
