Al Breed has a set of full-size plans for a Newport Kneehole. I purchased a set from him while taking his Newport carving class this summer. The plans include all of the details you need. Because they are full size, you can copy the dimensions directly to your workpiece. I can highly recommend them, and his carving class as well.

You can order plans directly from his website.
