SAPFM What type of chisel are you using here? Make/Model?
DAVIS A wide chisel is indispensable. Here I’m using a 2” wide chisel as a skew to clean out the final bit of waste.

SAPFM What is the objective of this step?
DAVIS This must be removed so the side molding will cover the pins of the case bottom and butt into the side where the curve originates.
